- Key in your MyDEAL e-Voucher serial number and personal particulars upon redemption
- Upon submission, customers will then receive a delivery redemption notification email within 24 hours
- Delivery will take 2 - 3 weeks after deal ends
- Customer must sign and acknowledge for received item
- Customer must inspect the item immediately upon arrival to ensure goods are in good condition
- Customer must provide Recipient details if it defers from Buyer's details
