- Confirmation email will be sent within 3-5 working days after order has been submitted
- Delivery will be made within 21 working days after the redemption period
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia
- RM5 delivery charges apply for East Malaysia
- Delivery only; no pick-up option available
- No model exchange allowed
- Customer must sign and acknowledge for received item
- Customer must inspect the item immediately upon arrival to ensure goods are in good condition
- Customer must provide Recipient details if it defers from Buyer's details
- RM6 will be imposed for uncollected parcels and will be returned to merchant
