Redemption Process:

• To redeem vouchers, customers must register at http://www.vshub.com/system/redemption.php
• Customers must enter voucher number and personal particulars upon redemption
• Customer must provide Recipient’s details if it defers from Buyer’s details
• After successful submission of redemption, customers will see a screen confirming submission
• EACH voucher must be redeemed individually
• This will be followed by an email acknowledging submission
• Customers will receive a notice of delivery via email when the product is on its way

• Delivery will take 21 to 30 working days
• FREE delivery to West Malaysia
• Any losses incurred during delivery will be borne by vsHUB
• Customer must inspect product immediately upon arrival to ensure item is in good condition
• Customer must sign and acknowledge for received of product
