  • Upon submission, customers will receive a delivery redemption notification email within 7 working days
  • Delivery will take within 28 working days after redemption has been successfully submitted
  • Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia
    • RM80 (courier service) delivery charge applies for East Malaysia
  • Should stocks run out, restocking will take up to 28 working days

• Customer must sign and acknowledge for received item
• Customer must inspect the item immediately upon arrival to ensure goods are in good condition
• In the event of product malfunction/defect upon receipt and inspection of goods, customer is entitled to a replacement (of the same goods) or a refund
