  • Upon submission, customers will receive a delivery redemption notification email within 2 working days
  • Delivery will take within 21 working days after the redemption has been successfully submitted
    • Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia
    • RM5 delivery charge applies for East Malaysia
• Customers must sign and acknowledge for received item
• Customer must inspect the item immediately upon arrival to ensure goods are in good condition
