  • Upon submission, customer will receive a delivery redemption notification email within 7 days
  • Only delivery is available, pick-ups cannot be arranged
  • Free delivery nationwide
  • Delivery will take within 7-15 working days after the deal ends
  • Customer must sign and acknowledge for received item
  • Customer must inspect the item immediately upon arrival to ensure goods are in good condition
  • Customer must ensure the presence of a physical receiver to acknowledge delivery. In the events that no one will be available during day time to receive item, kindly contact the courier service for the best delivery arrangement
