    • A confirmation email will be sent within 2 working days
    • FREE Delivery throughout Peninsular Malaysia. A delivery surcharge of RM16 applies for deliveries to East Malaysia
    • Deliveries will take approximately 14 working days from date of redemption
    • Customers must sign and acknowledge for received item
    • Customer must inspect the item immediately upon arrival to ensure goods are in good condition
    • Customer must ensure the presence of a physical receiver to acknowledge delivery. In the events that no one will be available during day time to receive item, kindly contact the courier service for the best delivery arrangement
  • Pick up option:-
    • For self-pick up, kindly contact Gophers Technologies at 1300-88-8477, Monday to Friday (10am-5:30pm), excluding Public Holidays
    • Printed e-Voucher is to be presented upon redemption
    • No show will result in forfeiture of one e-Voucher
• In the event of product malfunction/damage upon receipt and inspection of goods, customers are entitled to a replacement (of the same goods)
