  • Upon submission, customers will receive a delivery redemption notification email within 2 working days
  • Delivery will take within 18 working days after the redemption has been successfully submitted
    • Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia
    • RM4 additional charge applies for delivery to East Malaysia
  • Kindly make sure all measurement for preferred size before purchasing
• Customer must sign and acknowledge for received item
• Customer must inspect the item immediately upon arrival to ensure goods are in good condition
• In the event of product malfunction/defect upon receipt and inspection of goods, customer is entitled to a replacement (of the same goods) or a refund
• Customer must ensure the presence of a physical receiver to acknowledge delivery. In the events that no one will be available during day time to receive item, kindly contact the courier service for the best delivery arrangement
