    • Operation Hours: 12pm - 8pm (Daily)
  • ​Delivery will be made within 14 working days after the confirmation email has been received

• Customer must sign and acknowledge for received item
• Customer must inspect the item immediately upon arrival to ensure goods are in good condition
• Customer must ensure the presence of a physical receiver to acknowledge delivery. In the events that no one will be available during day time to receive item, kindly contact the courier service for the best delivery arrangement
• Trendzone will not be responsible for any losses incurred upon delivery (i.e: parcel delivered but not attended to immediately)
