    • IC / passport number
    • Preferred date and time
    • An attached copy of MyDEAL e-Voucher
    • State if you would like to arrange for 2-way transportation to Subang SkyPark Terminal for an additional RM300 (within the Klang Valley only)
• You will receive a booking confirmation within 48 hours
• Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure, or e-Voucher will be forfeited
• IC / passport required for security check on flight day
• Pilot must be aged 12 and above, minimum 4ft tall, and maximum weight of 85kg
• Pilots below 18 require written consent from parent / guardian
• Flights subject to cancellation / rescheduling depending on weather and aircraft availability
• Not suitable for wheel chair bound individuals, pregnant women and those with high blood pressure or critical illnesses
