• e-Vouchers are transferable

• Customers are not allowed to make any amendments after the choice of item has been made

• e-Vouchers can be redeemed anytime from 29th August 2012 until 11th September 2012
• Customers who fail to redeem between redemption period will be charged an administration fee of between RM150 – RM250
• Redemption Process:
  • Register for a FREE vsHUB account at http://www.vshub.com/system/redemption.php
  • Key in the MyDEAL e-Voucher code number and personal particulars upon redemption
  • Upon submission of redemption, customers will see a ticket line on redemption page, stating if their submission has been successful
  • This would be followed by an email acknowledging submission
  • Customers will receive a delivery notification email within 21 to 30 working days after redemption has been submitted
  • Delivery will take 21 to 30 working days
  • FREE delivery to West Malaysia
  • Any losses incurred during delivery will be borne by vsHUB
  • Customer must inspect product immediately upon arrival to ensure item is in good condition
  • Customer must sign and acknowledge for received of product
  • Customer must provide Recipient details if it defers from Buyer's details
• In the event that any of the product is no longer available, vsHUB reserves the right to replace the selection with alternative models of equal value
