  • RM10 additional charge applies for delivery to East Malaysia
  • Customer must sign and acknowledge for having received the item
  • Customer must inspect the item immediately upon arrival to ensure goods are in good condition
  • Customer must ensure the presence of a physical receiver to acknowledge delivery
  • In the event that no one will be available during delivery, kindly contact the courier service for the best delivery arrangement
