  • RWS – One Utama/ Jalan Pudu: 8.30am, 3.30pm, 10pm
• The following details of all travellers are required upon redemption: name as shown in passport, contact number

  • Call (03) 2118 5555, provide friendly Five Stars Travel phone operator with your travel dates, names of all persons travelling as stated on passport and MyDEAL unique serial code. Upon confirmation of all details, Five Stars Travel will provide you with date for pickup of e-tickets.
  • Email travel dates, names as stated on passport of all traveling persons and MyDEAL unique serial code. Provide proof of payment (Optional PWP) via scanned money transfer slip. Upon confirmation of booking, e-tickets will be emailed.
