• Redemption Process:

  • Upon submission, customer will receive a delivery redemption notification email within 3 working days
  • Only delivery is available, no pick-up option
    • Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia
    • Additional charge applies for delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), rates are based on location and will be advised upon inquiry via email
  • Delivery will take within 1-3 working days
  • Delivery starts on the 13th Sept 2012
  • Should stocks run out, restocking will take up to 21 working days
• Customer must sign and acknowledge for received item
• Customer must inspect the item immediately upon arrival to ensure goods are in good condition
• In the event of product malfunction/defect upon receipt and inspection of goods, customer is entitled to a replacement (of the same goods) or a refund
• Customer must ensure the presence of a physical receiver to acknowledge delivery. In the events that no one will be available during day time to receive item, kindly contact the courier service for the best delivery arrangement
• Kaiztech Solution will not be responsible for any losses incurred upon delivery (i.e: parcel delivered but not attended to immediately)
