How does MyDeal.com.my work?

Every day you'll find new hot deals on MyDeal.com.my at discounts between 50-90%.

 

Once the minimum number of buyers for a certain DEAL is reached, the DEAL is "on". You know that the minimum number has been reached when it says "The DEAL is ON!" below the counter.

 

Immediately after your purchase you will receive an email from us with your electronic voucher (in pdf file). You can then print that voucher out for redemption at the merchant. Since we aggregate a large number of buyers for each merchant, we are able to pass on these kinds of discounts to our customers.

1. Am I able to change the name on the voucher as I am purchasing the voucher for my friend?
 
No; you can’t change the name on vouchers. But most of our vouchers are transferable. You may buy multiple vouchers as gifts and you can share it with your family and friends. They can redeem the vouchers without your presence.

 

2. Is your credit card payment facility secured?
 
Our online payment partner iPay88.com (521817-M) helps us in processing the payments. They are one of the best and most reputed online payment gateways in Malaysia.

 

3. I don’t have credit card, can I pay using bank transfer?
 
Yes, we accept transfers from major banks (Maybank2u, CIMBClicks and etc) and Credit Cards (Visa/Master).

 

4. I bought MyDeal vouchers, so how to redeem my products or services?
 
Once you received the e-vouchers, you can print it and bring it along to the merchant’s location to enjoy your deal. Please bring along printed vouchers for verification purposes.

 

5. Why have I not received my vouchers?
 
Usually the vouchers are sent immediately upon successful purchases. Please check your junk folder or you can conveniently download your voucher by “viewing your order history” after you login successfully to MyDEAL.com.my. Nevertheless, you can write to us at CRM@MyDEAL.com.my and we can resend your vouchers immediately.

 

6. What happens if the merchant ceases operation before I am able to redeem the voucher?
 
If the merchant were to cease operations before you are able to redeem the voucher, we will issue you a FULL refund of the all the vouchers that you have purchased.

 

7. I accidentally deleted the voucher, can I retrieve it back?
 
Yes; to retrieve back vouchers, you can conveniently download them by “viewing your order history” after you successfully login to MyDEAL.com.my or you can contact our customer support at CRM@MyDEAL.com.my and we would be happy to help.

 

8. I missed last week’s deal, can I purchase it today?
 
Each deal lasts only for 24-48 hours and once it is over you can no longer purchase it. Don’t worry though, we feature great deals every day; please stay with us to enjoy more great deals. You can also sign up for our newsletter or become our Facebook fan to keep yourself updated so that you won't miss any of our great deals.

 

9. Help! I still don’t understand how to purchase a deal.
