Full-Time: Business Development Executive

You love to source for Malaysia’s best deals with existing and new clients in F&B, Leisure and Entertainment. As Business Development Executive, you partner major lifestyle attractions, negotiate irresistible deals for our customers and manage our sales team. Experience with online sales, advertising, and social media are beneficial to a sales manager’s success and fit within our team. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Expand our merchant network and manage existing key accounts through interpersonal rapport, sales calls and other necessary means.
  • Identify new and creative businesses & activities to be featured.
  • Assist the company to promote our e-commerce platform and products.
  • Provide business and marketing solutions and advice to clients.
  • Responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients assigned to him/her through consistent customer contact.
  • Regularly updates clients on account status and other immediate concerns which arise during the campaign.
  • Minimize client attrition by renewing service contracts.
  • Identifies potential client concerns and proactively resolves them.
  • In charge of the proposal and continuation of services to the client/ follow up on addendum.
  • Responsible in keeping the Sales Manager updated with any changes or feedback coming from the client.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field..
  • Conversant in both Bahasa Malaysia & English. Fluent in other languages is an advantage.
  • Experience in similar capacity & related sales industries is an advantage. Those without much experience, intensive training will be provided.

Full-Time: Delivery Sales Executive

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify Major Brands from a variety of Food Industries.
  • Build and Nurture relations with Merchants.
  • Create complete Sales and Marketing Solutions for Merchants.
  • Take charge and be accountable for all Strategies developed for major brands
  • Coordinate with Management to design and develop strategies for furthering company's growth locally and regionally.
  • Strengthen internal relations and coordination of Sales department with various Support departments viz. HR, Marketing, CRM, Admin, Accounts and IT.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Conversant in both Bahasa Malaysia & English. Fluent in other languages is an advantage.
  • 1-2 years working experience in similar capacity, related sales industries is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Possess strong problem solving skills
  • Highly self-impelled and directed, with sharp attention to detail.

Full-Time: Media Planner

 

Job Descriptions:

  • Prioritizes and schedules deal based on deal criteria, deal packaging and demand from the pool of deals approved by the Deal Expert
  • Analyzes deal performance data and predicts consumer buying trends to ensure the delivery of high quality deals
  • Strategically positions and re-positions live deals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to maximize sales revenue based on thorough analysis of market trends and customer demands
  • Coordinates activities between operations, business intelligence unit and other departments, as required
  • Coordinates workflow processes between client services, sales managers and Production to ensure that deals are completed and delivered in a timely manner
  • Ensures that deals that go online are according to schedule and tracks past, present and future deals in a standardized report
  • Strategically devises the planning and coordination of deals to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent
  • Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in related field
  • Conversant in both Bahasa Malaysia & English. Fluent in other languages is an advantage
  • Highly meticulous with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Around the clock monitoring of day-to-day deal uploading/removal, as required
  • Able to start immediately

 

Nationality of Candidate:

Full-Time: Researcher

 

Responsibilities:

  • Developing research and undertaking analysis across a range of Segments
  • Conduct industry assessments, identifying and evaluating potential businesses
  • Identifying business trends & competition
  • To assume a leadership role in the development and establishment of MyDEAL Malaysia’s research department, primarily focusing on generating potential merchant leads from both online and offline research
  • To ensure only quality leads that meet all deal packaging criteria are generated and submitted to the sales team for their further action
  • To conceptualize and oversee the development of a variety of models, tools and techniques to oversee data collection, lead generation and to maintain a lead database
  • To research, monitor and analyse competitor pricing/product differentiation strategies and devise action plans that may differentiate our brand vs market competitors
  • To collaborate with the inquiry lead to filter quality leads according to criteria

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, any field.
  • Preferably with more than 2 years market research experience
  • Proficient in research, analytic tools & software
  • Conversant in both Bahasa Malaysia & English. Fluent in other languages is an advantage
  • Demonstrated tenacity/persistence, curiosity, sense of urgency, intellect and creativity
  • Able to work independently, as well as in a team

 

 

Full-Time: Customer Relationship Executive

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all enquiries and requests of customers by providing help and advice
  • Communicating courteously with customers via phone, email and internet both written and spoken
  • Investigating and resolving the problems in an efficient and professional manner
  • Assessing the situation and determining an appropriate suitable course of action
  • Handling stressful and difficult situations by providing resolution for the customer and the Company
  • Following all Company protocols while dealing with customers
  • Following up with complaints or enquiries of customers, issuing customer refunds or compensation and forwarding customer concerns to upper level management when required
  • Creating and maintaining up-to-date script, which the associates use while responding to customers’ enquiries
  • Ensuring that all client information is precise and supervising the processing of payment

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Experience in Call Center Customer Service activities
  • Excellent customer-service orientation
  • Having intimate knowledge of the customers’ needs
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
