Terms & Conditions

(The following T&C apply for ALL deals unless otherwise stated)


  1. e-Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or any services, promotions or other goods
  2. All sales are final
  3. All bookings/reservations are subject to availability
  4. Splitting of bills is not allowed unless stated otherwise
  5. Replacement/extension of expired voucher is not allowed
  6. Each voucher has a unique code that can only be used once
  7. e-Vouchers are to be presented/keyed in upon redemption for verification purposes
  8. Mobile vouchers are valid unless explicitly stated otherwise
  9. Strictly no cancellation/amendment is allowed upon confirmation unless stated otherwise
  10. One e-Voucher is generally valid for one person only, unless stated otherwise
  11. For Product DEALs:
    • Customers must sign and acknowledge for received item
    • Customer must inspect the item immediately upon arrival to ensure goods are in good condition
    • Customer must ensure the presence of a physical receiver to acknowledge delivery. In the events that no one will be available during day time to receive item, kindly contact the courier service for the best delivery arrangement
    • Verification of authenticity is by our best efforts when a third party is the supplier as per contractual agreement that it is provided as a genuine product.
    • Should you have proof that the product is not authentic, a full refund would be made available.
    • Delivery times may change, though not without notice to all purchasing customers 
  12. For Travel DEALs:
    • All travel deals exclude personal insurance, applicable transport taxes and surcharges, visa fee (if required), room service, optional tours, tour guide and/or driver tipping, and all personal expenses, unless otherwise stated.
    • For travel deals with flight, surcharges are expected during peak periods, weekends, school holidays, eve of public holidays & public holidays
    • All travel deals are contracted under MyDEAL Sdn Bhd
    • It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that they hold valid travel documents (passports, visas and any other documentation required by law to enter a country) and comply with the entry, exit, transit or other requirements of the countries they are travelling to.  MyDEAL Sdn Bhd and its partners will not be liable in any way for any consequences arising out of you not fulfilling the aforementioned requirements.
    • DEALGURU Holdings (MyDEAL Sdn Bhd) and/or its subsidiary will not be responsible for any payment, surcharge or arrangement made to merchant directly.
  13. Neither MyDEAL nor the merchant is responsible for lost or stolen vouchers or voucher reference numbers
  14. Neither MyDEAL nor the merchant is responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items upon delivery
  15. Merchant/management reserves the right to make the final decision should disputes arise.
  16. While we try and ensure that all prices and information on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price / information or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
  17. Purchased e-Vouchers are sent via email and can be conveniently downloaded as PDF after you have logged into your account
  18. To download e-Vouchers, please log in to your account at and click on “Order History” in “My Account”
