Terms & Conditions

(The following T&C apply for ALL deals unless otherwise stated)

• e-Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or any services, promotions or other goods
• e-Vouchers are transferable
• No replacements or extension will be given for expired e-Vouchers
• One e-Voucher is generally valid for one person only
• e-Vouchers are to be presented/keyed in upon redemption for verification purposes
• For Product DEALs, customers must sign and acknowledge for received item and must inspect the item immediately upon arrival to ensure goods are in good condition
• For Travel DEALs, please ensure that passport has a validity of at least 6 months during your travel period
• For Beauty & F&B DEALs, prior reservation is strictly required
• All bookings/reservations are subject to availability and confirmation; on a first come first served basis
• Neither MyDEAL nor the merchant is responsible for lost or stolen vouchers or voucher reference numbers
• Neither MyDEAL nor the merchant is responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items upon delivery
• Management reserves the right to make changes without prior notice
• Purchased e-Vouchers are sent via email and can be conveniently downloaded as PDF after you have logged into your account
